Technical Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across different technology capabilities such as computing, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, etc.
- Experience in managing Linux, Windows, and Mac Operating systems
- Development, documentation, and maintenance of network strategies and procedures
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, etc
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Good knowledge of network infrastructure, switches, routers, firewalls, etc

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines

Job Responsibilities
- Take care of the implementation, administration, and support of the development environment
- Internal ticket system management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Infra Support Team
- Provide direction and assistance to team members
- Record and track team SLAs and workflows
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Responsible for the maintenance of system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures, and infrastructure support documentation
- Work collaboratively with peers and management
