Technical Skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across different technology capabilities such as computing, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, etc.
  • Experience in managing Linux, Windows, and Mac Operating systems
  • Development, documentation, and maintenance of network strategies and procedures
  • Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, etc
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of network infrastructure, switches, routers, firewalls, etc

The following skill sets will be an add-on

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
  • Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc

Job Responsibilities

  • Take care of the implementation, administration, and support of the development environment
  • Internal ticket system management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Infra Support Team
  • Provide direction and assistance to team members
  • Record and track team SLAs and workflows
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Responsible for the maintenance of system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures, and infrastructure support documentation
  • Work collaboratively with peers and management
