Roles & Responsibility

  • System Configuration and Administration: Configure and maintain NetSuite settings to meet the organization’s business requirements. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks and ensure system stability.
  • Customization and Development: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand customization needs. Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and fields to enhance system functionality. Collaborate with developers for more complex customization projects.
  • Integration Management: Integrate NetSuite with other business systems, applications, and data sources. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing issues and resolving problems. Conduct training sessions for users to maximize their effective use of the NetSuite system.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices within the NetSuite environment. Stay updated on compliance requirements and ensure the system meets industry standards.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Optimize configurations and settings to ensure efficient system operation.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations. Develop and update training materials for end-users.

Skill Set

  • Proficient in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder.
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with web services and APIs.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
