Problem Statement
Despite the importance of market research in informing business decisions, traditional methods of data collection are often time-consuming, costly. As a result, there is a need for a cost-effective and efficient survey platform that allows market research companies to easily gather and analyze large amounts of data while maintaining data security and confidentiality.
Our Solution
Innovature developed a survey management web application in cloud environment for producing and distributing survey templates. The three main features are the survey tag management, user management and advanced survey search.
The tags contain information such as the survey subject, target audience, and the date it was created. By managing these tags effectively our customer can easily find and analyze the survey data they need. Advanced survey search allows users to search for surveys based on specific criteria. This can include keywords, tags, date ranges, and other information associated with the survey.
Client Benefits
The project was successfully delivered on a short schedule, aligning with the customer release plan and ensuring timely implementation. Through the analysis of output data from the client’s third-party system, the business logic and flow were redesigned and reengineered, optimizing efficiency. The return on investment was remarkable, with a 70% reduction in human intervention throughout the survey and recruitment process, saving 35% of the team’s productive time. These improvements streamlined operations, enhanced productivity, and yielded substantial time and cost savings for the client.
