Client Overview
The client is a food tech company based out of Japan. They serve the food industry by considering cost-saving energy economics and low capital investment to maximize profit. They have developed a unique Technology-based price reengineering model to minimize the production cost without disturbing quality parameters.
Problem Statement
With the increasing use of mobile phones and the internet, the general public is eager to experiment with different cuisines. A recipe application enabled with detailed instructions, including videos, and the ability to purchase items based on the cuisine is the need of the hour. The platform should also provide actionable insights into the current trends and how the users are responding to different cuisines.
Our Solution
Innovature wanted to step aside from the traditional recipe app where users save the directory of the favourite meals taken from the app and add their recipes. We proposed a system to create a bit more universal food app for users who love cooking. It also includes a constantly updates recipe database.
The application has a supplies manager to make the user experience more extended by allowing the users to find the recipes by the supplies they currently had at home or create a shopping list to buy ingredients that were missing. The application layout is structured around intuitive navigation, high readability, light background, and eye-catching visuals. The light and airy background set the effective space for a variety of photos and graphics that may come with the recipes.
Now they are Japan’s largest recipe sharing service allowing visitors to upload and search through original, user-created recipes.
