Problem Statement

The outbreak of the covid pandemic has witnessed a dramatic increase in the need for software- enabled event management platforms. The process of obtaining all the relevant data, analyze it quickly, surface actionable insights, drive them back into operational systems, and then orchestrating the events as they’re still unfolding is challenging. The ability to catch people or things ‘in the act’, and affect the outcome, is critical. Better Analytics for Analysing and Planning the Event allows event planners to spot hidden details about their audience, especially their preferences and behaviours. This makes post-event analysis clearer and easier, allowing for more precise planning and budgeting of future events.

Our Solution

The application we delivered enabled the client to offer an all-new event experience. The application provided an aboard of extensive features for visitors including an Interactive Floor Map to show their live location, Booth Search and Seminar Search, Playback of simultaneous interpretation sessions, real-time booth ranking, QR code for users to check availability and location of each lounge for convenient access, history of booths visited on a day, cab reservation facility and much more

The live event analysis capabilities of the application helped the client to get accurate analytics on the number of people attending the event at any point of time, the number of people at each booth, and the entry-exit statistics of visitors, which in turn helped them in analyzing visitor trends. The real-time heat map feature gave both organizers and visitors analyze visitor density at any point in the event venue.
